Welcome to the website of Jenifer Carter. This place is only somewhat professional, not highly personal, and sometimes veers on academic.

I’m a librarian with experience in large-scale media digitization iniatives, video preservation, and service design. Lately, I’m focused on UX design and collection discovery.

This site is primarily intended to be a research journal as I dive back into literary theory. Right now I’m interested in genre fiction, specifically romance and the gothic, but that may change! I’m hoping to document my thoughts as I read literary criticism, theory, and honestly lots of goofy, horny books.
